Six dishes. Two universities. One sustainable Masterchef.

Students from the University of Sheffield and Sheffield Hallam spent six weeks in a sustainable cookery course, taught by catering students at Sheffield College.

Preparing seasonal dishes with local ingredients, the two universities went head to head, cooking a six course meal for fifty guests. Their prize? A day's experience in a Michelin starred kitchen.

It's time to find out which university was crowned the winner of Sheffield on a Plate's sustainable Masterchef.
